Bobcaygeon & Area Chamber of Commerce & Kawartha Settlers’ Village are proud to present this exciting festival in Bobcaygeon & the City of Kawartha Lakes. Lock 32 of the Trent Severn Waterway is located in the centre of Bobcaygeon and was the first lock built in 1833. Today, Lock 32 is 175 years old & this event is being celebrated under the "Born In Bobcaygeon" & "Unlock the Summer" activities being held this June throughout Bobcaygeon.
The Lock is one of the busiest in the water system moving boats between Pigeon & Sturgeon Lakes. Bobcaygeon is a friendly village & welcomes visitors from all corners of the world. The village has something to offer all visitors; fine restaurants, great shopping, a museum & of course, Kawartha Settlers’ Village which has been chosen as the venue for the festival. The Wine & Food Festival is being held Saturday, September 13 from noon to 7:30 pm at Kawartha Settlers’ Village, Dunn St. Bobcaygeon.

Leaves every half hour starting at noon from Princess Motel, Tim Hortons, Market Square & the Chamber office on Canal Street.

You must be over 19 years of age to drink. Children are welcome but must be well supervised by their parents. By the conditions of the festival exhibitors can only serve a "tasting" of the products they are promoting. St John’s Ambulance volunteers will be present to give medical assistance when needed.
